To be classed a cattleman is a title earnt from your peers, hard earnt. It’s about stockmanship, the respect of your cattle to follow your lead, how you read them and how they respond with confidence. A cattleman’s signature is his herd's confirmation, their do-ability and their consistency. A lot of people ask us about our herd - what breed and what feed? For me, our herd is our Signature. It is a herd with over 25 cow generations in the making. Just like the finest wine is sourced from a single vineyard or the finest scotch from a single malt, Bespoke Beef is sourced from just one herd, my family herd. A herd raised by cattleman with a never ending drive to produce the best.
Craftsmen
The finest beef is crafted with care. From that melodic hum of a fine edged blade running down a well worn steel to the direction of every grain, butchery is a craft. A craft that at times felt lost. Bespoke Beef is bringing it back. True craftsmen have respect for the animal, nose to tail.
Chapman
Finally, Bespoke Beef, brings back that lost connection. The chapman, the travelling salesman at your door, talking you through the right cut, every time. Sharing the stories from the land, that love for what they do. Introducing you to those cherished pieces that can give you unforgettable new tastes, time after time.

A Message from Dave
As the youngest sibling of four, I looked to put my mark on the family business after finishing school by founding Bespoke Beef. Its purpose was to connect the last link of our integrated beef supply chain by achieving a genuine connection and direct delivery to the customer on an personable scale. And we believe it very much so remains its purpose today.
To have the ability to do everything from raising young calves to proudly delivering our finished product is a very unique achievement in the agricultural industry, and I am incredibly excited to share it with you. My family's passion has lead us to where we are today, and I look forward to being able to reflect that through every order we deliver.

Animal welfare at every step of the process
We strongly believe that our cattle deserve our respect and care throughout the entire journey. This has been a lesson my siblings and I have been taught since before we can remember. A massive contributor to our award winning meat quality is the maintaining of these respectful practices to consistently produce happy, calm and well nurtured animals every time. When an animal is relaxed and comfortable around us is when it handles best, eats best, and ultimately develops best.
Sustainable practices
P• Promoting unconventional and 'undiscovered' cuts of beef to the household market has always been one of Bespoke's founding missions. In collaboration with our recipes and cooking videos, we aim to expand the possibilities of beef, one unique product at a time. Through this, we are able to not only display the culinary possibilities of the cuts, but also achieve a more wholistic use of every animal.
