We deliver within a 150km radius of Brisbane city, if you are further then 25km from Brisbane CBD then your order will be delivered on a three week roster, the dates of a delivery to your area will be published to you personally and on social media.

Orders placed on any given day will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday
After you place your order you will be contacted by Bespoke Beef with an expected delivery time.

All orders are delivered in Bespoke Beef’s refrigerated van.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Once your order is prepared, it is packed in a solid carboard carton, sealed and then transported in a refrigerated vehicle.
Bespoke Beef recommends that you refrigerate the product as soon possible once it is delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
Ideally your order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving.
Therefore it is best to have the order delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. We realise you may not always be there to accept the order so if you are not going to be there to collect on that day simply contact us with a day that will better suit you (if this is not done prior to the delivery truck arriving you will be charged a small delivery fee).
If nobody is available to take collection of the order, we will do our best to contact you on the number you provide us to discuss a suitable place for us to leave your order. If instructed, we can leave your order with a concierge, at reception or any place designated by you.
Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Bespoke Beef.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods.

WILL YOU RECYCLE/REUSE MY MEAT BOX?
Definitely, we recommend that all repeat customers keep their boxes and return them to the delivery man on your next order, so they can be recycled and reused.
