Shipping Policy
Bespoke Beef recommends that your delivery should be refrigerated immediately after it is delivered. Therefore it is best to have the order delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. We realise you may not always be there to accept the order so if you are not going to be there to collect on that day simply contact us with a day that will better suit you (if his is not done prior to the delivery truck arriving you will be charged a small delivery fee)
If nobody is available to take collection of the order, we will do our best to contact you on the number you provide us to discuss a suitable place for us to leave your order. If instructed, we can leave your order with a concierge, at reception or any place designated by you. Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Bespoke Beef. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods.
Your order will be delivered in a solid cardboard carton with the sealed products inside, it will be transported to your home in a refrigerated van, once it is delivered the order is to be refrigerated immediately this is the responsibility of the customer.
